Amazing transformation!I contacted Platinum carpet cleaning and informed them I needed my (Heavy traffic) office carpet cleaned! They were very professional and knowledgeable! We scheduled an appointment. The crew arrived on time and got to work! The results are phenomenal my office carpet looks brand new!!! Highly recommended and I will continue using Platinum carpet cleaning!

Excellent service and results. I also appreciate that they send out reminder emails/texts. We have really bad stains in our carpets and dog pee and they were able to get them all out and make it smell so nice! I will be calling them again next time.

I am so happy with the service and quality that I received! They were so kind and respectful from the start and they did such a wonderful job! Great communication as well!I found Platinum Carpet Cleaning via a Google search after a horrendous moving experience from LA to SJ. All of my furniture arrived filthy and/or damaged to some degree. My sofa (which is 90% why I hire professional movers in the first place) is cream-colored fabric, and one arm was delivered BLACK, with every edge, corner, and cushion filthy as well. James at Platinum Carpet Cleaning made it look brand new! He also cleaned up my cream-colored fabric headboard that also arrive with black filth all over it.I will absolutely call them for my next furniture/carpet cleaning needs!

James did a fantastic job resurrecting my carpets! I was referred to him by my sister who said he did a fantastic job on her carpets. I was sure that this cleaning was going to prove to me that the carpets needed to go, but looks like they’ll be around a while. I’m posting the before and after picture so you can see the difference. i needed to get area rugs cleaned in several rooms and also couches, sectional, and grout (in a hall/bath/laundry room that had not had grout cleaned in 20 years). James was great about scheduling a visit to give an estimate and was extremely communicative throughout scheduling and the cleaning. He noticed an area on the couches that a prior cleaner had messed up and knew what to do instead -- wish we'd hired him that time!! He texted us to let us know when they would be here the day of the cleaning so we knew exactly when to expect them.James is very knowledgable about all of the fabrics and cleaning. It's a family business which we definitely support. He and his son did a great job on all of it. Grout looks new! Area rugs look spotless. And the furniture is really clean. We will use them again when we need service!

I thought our “apartment grade” Carpet was beyond help, was too old, stained, really dirty and matted down. I was just hoping to get it a bit cleaner. But when James at platinum carpet was finished I was astonished by how great it looks. He pre-treated the stains, used a scrubbing machine and then finished with the steam cleaning. Our carpet is completely clean!I rarely give a five star rating for a home service… But From the initial contact, James was responsive and pleasant to interact with. Showed up on time, explained what he was going to do and did a great job when it was all said and done.I like that he is a local family run business located in my part of town. We will definitely be using platinum carpet once a year going forward.

I highly recommended this compan. I made the appointment on Monday they were able to come on Friday. I change the appointment time twice due to my job and they accommodated my needs. They were very respectful and trustworthy and efficient. I will use them again anytime I need my carpets clean and I highly recommend you do the same You won’t be disappointed. Also my entire condo took about an hour so not bad at all. I am definitely having them come back for my sofas.

We were effected by the CZU wildfires and were tasked with cleaning the house ourselves. We had our bedroom, a good sized family room, a couch, chair and 6 dining room chairs. Living in the mountains and having 2 cats, everything needed a cleaning even before the fire.James answered when we called and had a couple options to get out to us within the week! He was so responsive and communicative throughout the entire process.Knowing our circumstances, James made sure to do a deep clean and even offered smoke removal machines to rent. I appreciated his thoughtfulness and thoroughness.I was floored with the results!! There were stains when we moved in and they are nearly unnoticeable. He got up all the dirt we had tracked over 3 years living in the mountains. Our couch and chair are like brand new!He was very professional and courteous and the results speak for themselves. We grabbed some of his cards, I took a picture a picture of it as backup, I saved his information in my phone, there is no way I am losing his info!Thanks for coming to the rescue James!

Wonderful job! Carpets are clean, work is done very professionally: this company even gives out shoe covers so you don't wet your socks or feet. Smels nice and not too chemically if you know what I mean. I don't see any stains at all after work is done. It might be a bit pricey for some, but you literally paying for nice service a headache free, and a very nice people entering your house. So, yes, I highly recommend this company. The owner is a very nice guy! If you have lots of carpet at home or apartment, totally go for it. Don't hesitate any bit, you'll like what you'll see!

This experience was great from scheduling on. James came on time was so polite and informative. My carpets came out perfect. Looks like new. The last company I used left them all wet and was no where near as professional as Platinum Carpet. I highly recommend.

He Showed up early to "take a look" at the carpet. Immediately got to work and had everything done within 2 hours. I was not prepared for the quickness and felt bad for not moving more furniture, considering felt I was asking for a large square footage to be cleaned. When I returned he had clearly gone above and beyond, every crevasse, moving all the loose furniture on his own, no short cuts. Not to mention our carpet is decades old, and white, with 5 roommates. It was OUTSTANDING and spotless. We needed a good carpet cleaning and were willing to pay but I was not expecting the thoroughness and quickness at such a good price. Super easy to work with. Much appreciated!

The owner James, is really dedicated on what he does and does a really good job on the service we asked for. He cleaned the carpets so good and didn’t rush through it. Pricing for me and my family was affordable and the duration of the cleaning wasn’t that long at all. The carpets smell good and the house looks like new carpets were installed.
